hey what non-cli, non-vi-or-emacs linux text/code editor do you like
on windows, i like notepad++
gedit looks like absolute garboooooo on mate and i would like something that fits the WM better
@squirrel sublime text is nice but probably not what you're looking for
@squirrel if I had to pick a GUI editor (discounting gVIM) I'd have to say Sublime Text
@squirrel I was fond of Kwrite, but I have no idea what it's like currently and it's technically a KDE thing so I dunno how well it'd work with Mate
