@er1n hey id still like your help figuring out the broken stuff in my linux next time you have some free time if you still wanna help me..
@squirrel oh yeah sure!! what specific stuff again? i've been super busy and i don't exactly remember
@er1n well i think i wanna style it differently but im not creative enough for that so for starters i think id like to fix the broken things first
like the backlight level not persisting every time it dims from inactivity, lightdm conflicting with mate's lockscreen randomly and not making up its mind which one i should be presented it when coming out from a screensaver, etc...
