@troubleMoney "Brunsaus" (brown sauce) is incidentally the Norwegian (and probably Danish) word for gravy.
Bacon isn't really a thing we put on sandwiches over here. It's often served as a side dish to fried eggs on bread or toast, though. Also, traditionally, anything you have to put in a frying pan is usually considered dinner, not breakfast or lunch. People have gradually opened up to the idea of a cooked lunch, but breakfast is holy. It needs to be cold cuts.
