Why limit yourself to one set of knuckle tats?
With implantable LED displays you could display any arbitrary knuckle tat at any time!
You could even have them scroll for more characters!

@troubleMoney Finally I have a usage case for getting that USB port implant I've always wanted. It's probably more secure than having the LEDs connected via bluetooth. Still vulnerable to waking up after drinking with friends with something obscene scrolling across my knuckles...
