They've set the odds on most of the items somewhat unsettlingly high

they're in the form x/y, where for every y you bet you get x if you win
so in the case of fuel if you bet £2 on it being the first thing rationed and it is then you'll get £15, translates to about an 11% chance of them expecting it to be the case
