Also under Montana law anything that's animal powered doesn't count as a vehicle so you can't get done for driving under the influence if you're riding a horse (not a lawyer, this is not actual legal advice)

I'd assume it counts as drunk and disorderly in public?

@wigglytuffitout apparently someone has been done for doing exactly this in Florida though, so I think it's a state law thing
