the underlying assumption that the genetics which define facial structures are related to personality - a.k.a. "the way somebody looks can tell you what they are like as a person" - is 100% pure undiluted racism

@InspectorCaracal @wigglytuffitout I wonder if phrenology is racist because the massive racists who made it all up were inventing it in order to have a semi-scientific reason for their racism, or if it ended up racist because the people making the bullshit up also happened to be massive racists and that racism bled into the bullshit
