This is the Setun computer
It was developed in 1958 at Moscow State University
It used ternary logic with a balanced ternary numeral system (which is to say, -1, 0, 1)
basically: NON BINARY COMPUTER FOR NONBINARY DAY!
@troubleMoney Have you seen the Setun web simulator? https://web.archive.org/web/20191216010242/http://trinary.ru/projects/setunws/
@troubleMoney I've heard trinary logic can do the same stuff with a lower component count, is that true?
@shapr I don't know for sure but I've heard things to that effect
@troubleMoney This is actually really cool
