@troubleMoney @elomatreb @jk The substratum, if it exists, is known to handle all sorts of cosmic phenomena - supernovae, quasars, black hole collisions - far more powerful than anything us puny earthlings could cook up. I'd want a really compelling case for the experiment doing something qualitatively different from anything that ever happens in nature before approving the grant.
