@troubleMoney I wish I could figure out building one, because they're not available in Australia (at least, not modern ones, and I'm not sure I trust the electricals on a vintage model).
Breville does still make one but it's $300 and only available in the US AFAIK.
The closest I can get here is a very expensive kettle with a temperature setting on it, which isn't quite the same...
