@gemlog oh yeah, far better built than mammals, the eyes actually connect at the back rather than inside the eyes so no blind spot
@troubleMoney Yes, they don't have a blind spot and they also have a far greater resolution than we do. Way better.

I don't have a link handy, but I've seen octo in zoos who 'smelled' the open sea through quite a thin pipe use it for escape. They are very cool critters. Their nervous systems is amazing too. And their eyes are quite unique if I recall correctly.
