@godwouldhateme@mastodon.social are you looking at high calories or low calories? and are you gonna be taking stuff with you (so refridgeration can't be done) or no?
my main top tip as An Diabetic is always pair a protein with a carb. cheese, peanut butter, beef jerky, whatever. all carb is a lot more likely to spike your blood sugar up and then slam it down, and that rebound will probably mean you'll feel like shit as you hit a low, and/or will fall asleep in class lol
