1. what type of pain are you having? is this something where working the trigger points can relieve muscle tightness? (there are a lot of youtube tutorials about finding these tutorials and doing self-massage to mash them to get the muscle to let go.)

2. if it's muscle pain, askdoctorjo.com/ is a fantastic resource for stretches and exercises, sorted by area of body. going to a legit physical therapist is of course better, but that's a lot of money

3. there are some topical things you can try as well. i really like Two Old Goats cream because i feel like it's the one thing that works for me. but it's also worth investigating if lidocane patches/sprays do you any good, or if cooling sprays with menthol help.

4. heat/ice as well! ice for if things feel inflamed, heat if things feel stiff. experiment with a heating pad and ice pad to see if there are places that like this. (remember to not leave ice on long - 20 mins only.) >

5. if it's more of a diffuse everywhere chronic pain, that gets harder to deal with. there are many supplements people try with this sort of nerve-ey pain, but i'll attempt to cut through the bullshit and give you 2 recs. first up: vitamins, especially B vitamins. b vitamins are surprisingly easy to miss out on, and really important for nerves to regenerate and maintain themselves with.

@nyah@octodon.social > with it. and since i'm trying a type with no THC, it means that it's not getting me high, and i won't pop hot on any drug testing. i've had a lot of success with it! you can get it in gel caps for easy dosing and measurement (also so you don't have to like chug oil), and there's also topical applications which i haven't tried yet.
