honestly i find it buckwild that you can just like. ship animals. in the mail. you can just do that with some of em?
i can get on amazon and just order a box of ladybugs or whatever! they let you do that! they actually let you do that in real life
@wigglytuffitout yeah you can buy ducks too, the hatchery I was looking at has instructions for how to help them recover from the process, which is nice but also kind of horrifying
@InspectorCaracal if i ever get to that point (or honestly, if my sister gets a farm, so i can be Bad Decisions Shoulder Devil), i think the better way to do it by far is to buy the eggs then hatch them
also because at this place i remember that sold many fancy rare chicken breeds, guinea fowl, etc. they offered a box of like
"we forgot to label all of these! it's a grab bag! lucky dip of random rare birds y'all!"
