i've been stuck in one of those "pain -> nauseated because of pain -> don't want to eat -> don't eat much -> pain gets worse -> nauseated because of pain" cycles and that's helping immensely
might try pb n j in a sec here but yeah it's been hard trying to get enough calories but also not slingshot my blood sugar around yoyoing back and forth 6_9 protein's hard to eat when queasy

i know bruising and soreness is to be expected with any injection but it's been over a full week, my bruise is still here being incredibly colorful, it's still excruciatingly tender to the point where running my fingers lightly over it sets it off, there's still a lump of Something under the bruise, and my pain has fucking skyrocketed
to the point where i'm having real trouble eating on a regular schedule (which is A Bit Important For A Diabetic)
