doesn't have to be more than a 1 br 1ba shotgun house, just one with a backyard to call my own. that's surprisingly doable in my area for that budget tbh.
though this may be queer eye crossover with flying in the fixer upper folks at some point
just a house, fully paid off, and some credit card debt fully wiped out, to give some sense of financial security, because deus ex machina is the only way to get it as a disabled person in the usa lmao
