that sort of title is really common with sellers who don't primarily speak english (usually chinese) - like it's p much what you'll see on aliexpress. it's a matter of trying to chuck as many keywords in there as possible to make up for the fuzziness of translation (and also just kinda tossing all stuff in there to see what sticks).
@er1n but also if you see it on amazon odds are really good you can find the exact same thing on aliexpress for much less without going through that middleman amazon seller lmao
