-make a cool post which you think is completely innocuous
-your tumblr famous friend also thinks it is cool and reblogs it with a cool comment
-now it's being reblogged into infinity by people who think it's cool, but this also brings like 3 people to your doorstep that are ready to rip out your throat with their teeth bc you did something hideous (like hand out toys on halloween)
@wigglytuffitout @eightbitsamurai or you see something someone popular says that’s problematic, you privately message them to say “hey that’s kinda not okay” with the hopes they correct/introspect on it, and instead they post the message and retort to it in a pithy way and sic their gigantic follower base on you instead.
