time to queue up for Customer Service Rep (Extreme) today

"replies in 3 minutes" customer support chat has had my message for 15 minutes with no reply lmao. i mean fuck's sake don't take nearly 200 bucks from me, say you've shipped needed pain medication, and then don't ship it for a fucking week

it took 30 minutes for them to reply with the same tracking number

usps's tracking usually doesn't run a full week behind :|

i am not ashamed to say i laid it on thick all "well, i guess i get to borrow money and eat ramen noodles to afford another source of cbd oil until the package gets here". i know it's bitchy of me to do that until i got an apology from customer service but i am also not fucking having it today y'all
