@Amuro_Rei@queer.party for what it's worth, i don't know about sertraline specifically, but most medications are actually good for the next 10 years or so (iirc there's been some research into this by the army - blame MREs). the 'spoilage' for the vast majority just means that they become less effective. some is definitely better than none in the case of head meds, so i'd say that with a little more research, you should probably be ok taking them.
