i can't find it now but i confess a couple hours ago i saw a toot that said "i chose snouts.online because it had a lot of people from mass" and for a good 15 minutes i forgot massachusetts gets abbreviated like that and i was just like
"oh, catholic furries? seems nice"
and my brain accepted this. i did not question at all a bunch of furries showing up on sunday to go take communion in fursuits. just immediately accepted this as total truth
and now i am haunted about Why You Do That Brain
@wigglytuffitout i mean it's unlikely they'd go to church in fursuits but i would totally believe there would be a catholic furry convention and everyone is all fursuited up friday and saturday and then goes to church sunday morning and goes back to the hotel afterwards and puts their fursuit back on and goes back to the convention and talks about the sermon
@InspectorCaracal well if they do wear their fursuits, don't worry
there's a liturgy for that!

@InspectorCaracal i mean some places do have a ceremonial spoon i think for the wine
it's supposed to be a bit more hygienic than slurping from the same cup bc ew backwash
so if you got a long enough teaspoon.....................
@InspectorCaracal i mean i was raised southern baptist so i'm still a bit behind on What Do You Mean I Don't Get My Tiny Cup Of Welch's Grape Juice
@wigglytuffitout as much as it pains me to admit it, a lot of Catholic parishes - especially the small ones - don't serve the wine
