@twistylittlepassages@weirder.earth yeah! honestly if you feel like you need some ideas, check out diabetic-friendly recipes. a lot of people i think sling their blood sugar around and, not being diabetic, there's not serious health issues, but you can sure feel unhappy about it lol

for savory, maybe try adding a fried egg on top! for sweet, i know a lot of people do overnight oats in greek yogurt for more protein, or add in chia seeds as well! ^0^
