if you feel like you're stuck, going "ugh, i wonder why i keep feeling so anxious/lethargic/easily distracted/easily frustrated/unable to think well/confused", and it's a psych symptom that seems to pass within hours instead of within say weeks,
write a food diary, compare it to diabetic diets, and if you can track trouble spots to something like "after i eat lunch"? yeah your blood sugar's fucking with you on some level lol
