i'm guessing that last post is going to be what gets me a call-out on here with signed complaints from every hispanic and latinx person available but also enchilada casserole good

the enchilada always unrolls when you eat it and it gets baked with sauce on top
you just simplify the process by layering it like a lasagna to start with
