well my rogue ovary has decided that although it wants to hurt, it will at least settle for only hurting where it is and doing less of the 'pain down my thigh' business, so i got that going for me which is nice

in my case i know the PCOS diagnosis means... it's probably a cyst on that ovary

and there's not really much in the way of treatment other than "welp, um, good luck with that"

plus i can only get pain med from my pain med doc, so

seriously, the vagueness of secret world lore entries is the only time i think i've really enjoyed that sort of vague, dancing-around-things, speaking-in-references sort of writing.

anyway, it's very fun to write intros to fake Secret World lore entries, simply because you get to pile on obscure references after wikipedia-diving for them.
