"The Devil's Staircase" is the name of this piece - and that's what it sounds like. I especially like how it feels like it is constantly rising, despite the fact that you literally see the pianist move back down to the bottom of the piano

@lizardsquid From your description I was expecting something along the lines of a Shepard tone, but that works as well.
