@Chel Ooh, I should try that. Only hitch is I'd have to make the buttermilk, as it's not generally available hereabouts. Though, I wonder what'd happen with a mix of yoghurt and milk.. =:9
Hm. Or even just one of the not-milks? I'd say horchata, but I can't find /that/ here either. =:P
