i sometimes wonder if i'm way too fucked up to be able to connect with people that don't have baggage and trauma of some kind
it's kinda weird. it's like when i talk with or see people with little to no baggage, i don't even know how to engage. they don't tend to either.
it's like being a different kind of human, which is weird to conceptualize but makes sense. but means that empathy is a hard thing to build across that line.
