@MUCK @void i feel this so so so so hard it’s insane to me bc i was JUST starting to do self-administered ERP for my ocd and trying to take care of myself and finally exist in the public sphere and then covid happened and like my 2 biggest ocd obsessions are
-germs/ hygiene and
-if i ignore soc media notifications something bad will happen to my friends’ health
and both of those are now completely valid and plausible fears i’m so pissed
