except the base isn't pizza bread, it's a cut open pitta bread instead that's lain out flat
it's ketchup instead of tomato puree/sauce
the cheese is actually soft cheese of some kind like philadelphia or even better DAIRYLEA/LAUGHING COW
instead of pepperoni slices someone's just put sausages on it . whole ones.
