looking through legal documents on a property because ... i gotta figure out what part of a contract is in there that specifies how you remove yourself from a lease properly, and... wow what the fuck there are so many documents here
like, did you know that the Coal Authority here in england is part of who has to be contacted to make sure the property isn't previous/currently/potentially in the future going to be mined for coal via all various means including opencast, whether any faultlines or whatnot might make or have made the property foundations and landscape unstable, whether it's within 800 miles within such areas, whether coal even EXISTS there or nearby, if subsidance is a risk or not, mine entrance locations, etc
