@lizardsquid every time I find something new about the IoT and "Smart" connected household appliances I keep thinking back to the Megaman Battle Network games and how everything is IoT connected there, and... literally the first game opens up with a botnet attack that sets your house on fire holy shit

@Nine @lizardsquid One of my favourite things from those games (though I don't know the later instalments) is when the automated quadruped army tanks get hacked because they're also connected to the internet.

And then it manages to miss against a child doing the tap-dancing-in-place-because-bullets thing. :P
