Do colleges teach source code version control & configuration change management in their computer programming courses?

When I went through college, all I got was a half-day lecture, half-day lab, & no test of any kind, on RCS. I may be old, but this was still recent enough that all the cool FOSS kids adopted Git & forgot the BitKeeper fiasco.

@arielmt before college i taught myself (how to do the bare minimum to pull from) SVN because an ever-evolving game mod i wanted was only published there and this was before steam greenlight, well well before steam workshop

@arielmt Mine put a much bigger emphasis on source control than that, and everyone was involved in a group project at some point toward the end of the degree where you were supposed to be using source control in a collaborative setting.
