as it turns out I don't remember much of anything past the first couple of episodes of Tiger & Bunny
I know I watched it weekly when it was brand new, thought I rewatched it on Netflix at some point, but I guess between One Punch Man and My Hero Academia I kinda forgot most of the details

@dragonmagic I think the sequel movie (Rising) does a good job of reintroducing the cast and catching you up to speed, I haven't seen T&B2 yet but I would say watch Rising first and you're good
