@maple It baffles me why anyone is using...the other one...when Krita exists and is not only 100% easier to use, but has more features.

By which I mean, basic features most any artist or graphic designer would need to do their work.

Like, trying to use the other one to add text to an image, or to do print work is way harder than it needs to be. Yet FOSS bros stay promoting it? Why???

@avi @maple Most of the reason people still use it is because they don't know of anything better (such as the loveliness that is Krita) and are too scared to pirate photoshop. Unfortunately, along with OpenOffice (which, for those unaware, hasn't really been properly supported in *years*), it's most people's only experience with free software (except *maaaaybe* firefox, if you're lucky), and so all free software gets this really bad rap.
As for why FOSS bros promote it...GNU cultists gonna cult?
