@lizardsquid @weird_hell Clear top-coat is helpful, but not necessary, no. Just helps it last a bit longer.
@lizardsquid @weird_hell I have my nails painted literally 100% of the time and all I ever do is
remove old polish
apply new polish

And remover eventually (Unless you're very patient)
