what the heck... is there really no way to cancel a search (to get back to the toot box) in keyboard only?
@lizardsquid Escape to cancel, then hit tab enough times (eight or so?) to get back to the toot box. I agree that UI should be more accessible.

@salameleon nope, pressing tab just goes through the search results and then onto the home timeline
@lizardsquid Oops. You mean an already completed search, not from the search box itself. Then no, I've got nothing. Sorry. :(
