@lizardsquid I didn't like the 20-in-1 thing either, probably because I don't like the majority of modern pop either. (Also I understand 2 people can't be expected to play 20 instruments adequately, but the xylophone was only there for 3 notes?)
The other stuff was neat, even if I didn't understand all of that either. The weird piano surgery aesthetic for the Bowed Piano Ensemble was lovely. :3

@lizardsquid That "with their eyes" comment is a bit odd though. I certainly select things based on their covers, but while there's things with cover art that I think is great I don't bother with them if I don't like the music, and I listen to albums with terrible cover art.
That, and I like to invent visuals to accompany music.

@BatElite the "with their eyes" thing was always said before we performed, to make sure we remembered to look happy and engaged, rather than frowny and anxious.

I'm sorry to anyone who enjoyed the 20-in-1 piano (and to the creators), but if you're going to modify the piano and then just make a generic pop song, then what's the point?
Someone listening to the performance doesn't know what you've done, and as much as my high school music teacher said "people listen to performances with their eyes", having something different visually isn't really enough for me.
