re: non-vegan recipe

Here's the recipe

Ingredients (makes 2ish servings):
Rice
400g beef (I buy it pre-cut in stir fry strips)
3-5 buk choy / pak choy
1 carrot
2 eggs
Seasame oil
Soy sauce
crushed ginger
crushed garlic
(optional) chili flakes

1. Prepare rice and put into rice cooker/cook on stove
2. Cut up the buk choy into small pieces, and slice the carrot into long chunks.
3. Put a frying pan on the stove on medium heat with some oil.
4. Stir fry the buk choy and carrot until cooked.

5. Meanwhile, in a large bowl: combine 1 tablespoon seasme oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic.
6. Put beef into the bowl, mix to coat with sauce.
7. Remove vegetables from heat, set aside.
8. Return the frying pan to high heat.
9. Cook beef quickly in small batches, stir frying. You want it to cook as fast as possible.

10. Combine vegetables, beef, and rice into bowls for serving.
11. Return frying pan to medium heat.
12. Crack the eggs (1 per serving) in to the pan, fry them. I prefer sunny side down, but keep the yolk at least somewhat liquid.
13. Once cooked, put the fried eggs on top of the bowls.
14. Add hot chili flakes if desired
