Once again: why isn't Enterprise screaming about this?
Java 9 - a MAJOR rearchitecting of Java, that breaks Java 8 code - was released this month.
BUT IT WILL BE DESUPPORTED IN MARCH 2018.
A six-month lifespan for an entire new Java series? And Java 8 expires in a year.
Its replacement, '18.03', is.... Java 9? Or Java 10? What?
Where's the *actual* long-term replacement to Java 8 *and how do we start testing it now*?
WTF, Oracle?
