Took a nap, tried to, ~90 minutes. Most of it was fitful. Lay down crying from frustration at the wasted day, was... 'alright' through most of the nap thing. Finally ended with I'm not sure what but I sat straight up from it and was crying again.
Can I just stick to vidid daydreaming and completely blank feeling sleep? The sleep-dreaming seems to have a lot more unpleasantness in it.
