weird website idea: a space where the rules and the code that dictates those rules is decided by the users of the space
the only universal rules are:
identity: everyone has an account with associated security and identity that can't be modified by anyone else, including the administration
code ownership: each code modification must be tied to an identity, if this identity is revoked, the code goes with it
reciprocal rules: rules can't affect themelves to overcome the above limitations
