I update my OS and everything breaks
I *can* roll back the update, but then I can't change my configuration ever
oh ok, I can also rollback the updating of the nix expressions, so everythings good ::D

ok the update finished, and as it switched over to the new configuration, my desktop environment crashed
but now everything's back - including old firefox! yay!
