linux nonsense 

@catoutofbed@octodon.social I've been using NixOS for the past 2.5 years, and I've gotten very used to it.

Someone on the internet said this:

"you can't think of nixos as a linux distro - it's really a unique system, that just happens to have the linux kernel somewhere in there"

and I think that's true - it is drastically different to any other distro I've used, and it's spoiled me
