bopped a few more discord servers off my list that i'm just. not part of any more.
there are a few that i'm waffling on; it might be better to just leave and get it over with.
i wish i could categorize the servers into ones i cared to check and ones that i kept around only for utility.
i feel bad that i have to scan them before leaving to see if there are any channels that announce new joins/parts just so i don't end up having to deal with what happened before
@lizardsquid on more than one occasion i've left a server that i was inactive in for months just to be met with "what why did you leave what did we do"
i've written about this sort of thing before
@lizardsquid discord is a more permanent thing where leaving/joining is this ... great action, so you can't just quietly slip out if you're unhappy, uncomfortable, or just bored. it sucks
