Any Linux desktop devs I could, at least hypothetically, pay to write open-source software to my design specs?

I'm at least half serious. I'm good at writing design specs. I have a small but steady budget, and I *need* certain pieces of software.

Debugging takes focus-time, though, and I have maybe a handful of hours per week, and I still haven't established a healthy working relationship with a desktop dev environment.

I hope all the people reading this multiply-boosted toot don't get inflated ideas about what I mean by "small budget" <.<

That said, it's possible that crowdfunding could help with that. I've never done crowdfunding before, but I'd think a few people might be willing to help towards building some useful and well-designed GUI productivity apps.

@woozle oh yeah I'm expecting this to be "enough money to maybe pay for my transport into uni"
