I've got it installed and configured, but it won't launch because libGL can't find my drivers... I don't know how to fix this

I figured it out!

because I installed the nix version, I needed to create a custom patched version of the graphics libraries required

followed these instructions: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/9415#issuecomment-139655485

and it worked (after I patched several other .so files as well)
