if our cable modem's ip is a shared space ip given by the isp, does that kill all hope for incoming connections unless i use ipv6?
@troubleMoney @noelle yeah the problem isn't hostname, it's that we literally don't have our own ipv4
@troubleMoney @noelle yeah i suppose, the org has a linode, i could probably just tunnel through there, or do a simple ipv6 redirect if i can
@squirrel @noelle could vpn from your home to a server somewhere that shunts all the stuff you want in your direction I suppose
