@squirrel if you've got an old pair of worn out jeans that're the same colour you could cut a patch out of them and sew it on to the bit that gets worn down on the newer ones

@squirrel I mean, the standard way of reducing friction damage on clothing is putting leather patches on it where it would rub, that's why some tweed jackets have elbow patches, but that probably wouldn't look great on jeans
@troubleMoney i thought about that exactly but the other way around, patching the bottom of my messenger bag in leather
(it's like a canvas Samsonite bag)
