"hey here's tricks to pull out when you feel a panic attack inc to get out of that spiral", but if folks have some stuff that would go well with this, please let me know! i'd be glad to expand with more links to resources and such

-'slow tv', youtube channels with how it's made/etc. - put candy making videos here, also some aquarium livestreams

-guided videos about grounding techniques/meditation?

-look at some apps maybe to also rec? like dbtselfhelp.com/html/instant_a , thinkpacifica.com/cognitive-be , anxietycanada.com/resources/mi and so on? (do wonder if those outside canada can use the last one tho)
